Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Creation & Facebook Group Live Streams creator  to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Video Creation and Facebook Group Live Streams.

Key Responsibilities:

 1. Content Planning and Ideation:

  • Develop creative and engaging video content ideas aligned with the goals and target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and strategies.

 2. Video Production:

  • Coordinate with the production team to manage equipment, lighting, and sound requirements for video shoots.
  • Stay updated on video production trends, techniques, and tools to enhance content quality.

 3. Live Stream Coordination:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate live streams on Facebook Groups, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to the content calendar.
  • Interact with the audience during live streams, responding to comments, questions, and engaging viewers to enhance the community experience.

 4. Technical Proficiency:

  • Possess strong technical skills in video editing software, live streaming platforms, and other relevant tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during live streams and coordinate with technical support when necessary.

 5. Community Engagement:

  • Foster a sense of community within the Facebook Group through engaging content and active participation in discussions.
  • Collaborate with community managers to understand member interests and preferences for content creation.

 6. Metrics and Analytics:

  • Monitor and analyze video performance metrics, including views, engagement, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports on video and live stream performance, offering insights for continuous improvement.

 7. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the social media team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to align video content with broader marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other content creators for joint projects and cross-promotion.

 8. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Keep abreast of trends in video content creation, social media, and live streaming to implement innovative and effective strategies.

 9. Compliance and Copyright:

  • Ensure all content complies with legal and copyright regulations, obtaining necessary permissions when using third-party content.

 10. Feedback and Improvement:

  • Collect feedback from the audience and stakeholders to continually improve the quality and relevance of video content and live streams.

 11. Adaptability:

  • Stay adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, adjusting strategies based on evolving trends and audience preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Proven experience in video content creation, editing, and live streaming.
  • Strong proficiency in video editing software.
  • Familiarity with live streaming platforms (e.g., Facebook Live).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and community management.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills for live stream issues.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling through video content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
