Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NLP, LLMs, and computer vision, with a passion for AI and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to develop and launch new features and products.
• Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical capabilities.
• Develop clear and concise product requirements and user stories, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality product releases.
• Measure and analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform future product enhancements and optimizations.
• Serve as the product evangelist, both internally and externally, communicating the product vision, features, and benefits to various stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS business model, including subscription-based revenue models, customer acquisition and retention strategies, and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile tools and practices.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
