Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NLP, LLMs, and computer vision, with a passion for AI and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, and computer vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.
• Conduct research and experiment with new technologies and techniques to improve model performance and efficiency.
• Work on large-scale datasets to train and fine-tune models for specific applications.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing ML models and pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, especially in NLP, LLMs, and computer vision.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, and/or computer vision.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with natural language understanding, language generation, and computer vision techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
