Executive / Sr. Executive, Sales & Marketing (Tech Product)

Location: Dhaka (Gulshan 1)/Remote

Timing: Flexible but limited hours need to be provided on Friday which will be adjusted against weekday hours.

Job Context: 

We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing Executive / Sr. Executive to help drive company tech product sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports. To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. 

Job Responsibilities:

 1. Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor products and strategies to position our tech products effectively.

2. Field Visit & Report:

  • Conducting field visits to prospective clients to introduce the tech product and its features.
  • Understanding client requirements and customizing product pitches accordingly.
  • Collecting feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services.
  • Daily field visit report prepared and acknowledgement to the reporting supervisor.

  3. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

 4. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new clients.
  • Identify and engage with new clients through effective communication and presentations.

 5. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in our products.
  • Clearly articulate product features and benefits to potential clients.

 6. Marketing Campaigns:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels and traditional methods to reach the target audience.

 7. Sales Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Address client concerns and objections effectively.

 8. Sales Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.

 9. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable customer feedback.
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and foster a collaborative environment.

Sales and Marketing Executive Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a tech product sales and marketing executive/ sr. executive.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
  • Strong communication, presentation and networking skills.
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
  • A passion for sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
